BRAZIL! AAS, in association with Aventuras Naturales Tours, is organizing a trip to the Pantanal (one of the world’s largest wetlands) and Cerrado (one of the world’s most important savannas with respect to biodiversity) of Brazil – a true birder’s paradise and once-in-a-lifetime trip.
Birding Tour Sept.1-12, 2012
Description: Considered one of the most prolific wildlife regions in all of South America, Matto Grosso, Brazil is home to vast wetlands, dense jungles and more than 1,800 species of birds and 234 endemics. Spend your days on foot scouting for birds and wildlife while learning about their natural history and behavior. A Birder’s paradise!
