Training Workshop for Master Birders

Saturday, February 11, 10 AM - 12 PM,
with Georgann Schmalz and Jacqueline McRae

Master Birders are invited to participate in the Backyard Wildlife Sanctuary Certification program. You will learn how to guide landowners who are trying to create or enhance their property to become more bird friendly. Your advice and information will eventually enable them to become certified as an official AAS Wildlife Sanctuary. No previous background in native plants or gardening is needed, just your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Information will include native plants, ways to attract birds and butterflies and handouts for distribution.
