After a two-year battle with cancer, Naomi Curry died peacefully in her sleep. She had just turned 84 on the 4th of July.
She loved music, dancing, playing her piano, reading, gardening, cooking/baking, chocolate, knitting and crocheting, thrift shopping and bargain hunting, crossword puzzles, owls, and bird watching. She was passionate about protecting the environment and wildlife, and she was a long-time supporter/member of the Audubon Society. Most of all, she loved being outdoors in the sunshine.
She was a very special person who had a lot of love to give. She always said she would come back in her next life as a chickadee, so the next time you see or hear one, look up and say “Hello!”
